Started as Riki Team's digital + AR-collectibles platform for Dubai Expo 2020 — delivered across 192 countries, coordinating government stakeholders and a high-frequency content cadence. It then spun off into ChikoRoko, a standalone consumer platform of its own.
As CPO and Creative Director I scaled it from 3K to 800K+ registered users in nine months — 200K MAU, 50K DAU, 100K+ concurrent at 99.9% uptime. Monetized to $700K ARR via viral loops, a referral program (3.5% referral→signup), and 2.5 years of daily 3D + AR drops, missed only on UAE mourning days.
